Alef teachers are highly experienced educators, each bringing a minimum of 10 years of expertise in teaching and learning. They hold full teaching credentials and possess a comprehensive skill set that spans from foundational education to advanced training and practical application.
Specializing in early childhood education, our teachers are deeply knowledgeable about the developmental needs of children aged 0–7. As certified IB educators, they bring a global standard of excellence to our classrooms and have consistently demonstrated their commitment to high-quality education.

FOUNDER / ACADEMIC DIRECTOR
Shirine Al Khudari is a Jordanian educator and consultant with over 31 years of experience in K–12 education, leadership, teacher training, and curriculum development. She is the Founder and Academic Director of Alef School of Nature, a progressive educational initiative rooted in student empowerment, excellence, and ethical leadership. She also serves as the Consulting Director at Tanawarna Educational Consultancy and is the Jordan Global Partner of Design for Change (DFC)—a global children’s empowerment movement active in over 72 countries.
Ms. Al Khudari is a certified trainer in Design Thinking, using the Feel–Imagine–Do–Share (FIDS) framework to foster creativity, empathy, and action among educators and students. Throughout her career, she has held leadership roles across all school levels—kindergarten, primary, middle, and whole-school administration—in both local and international contexts. She is also trained and certified in the Get on Board Governance Program (Next Generation of Female Board Members).
She is a certified International Baccalaureate (IB PYP) educator and workshop leader, and a Bilingual Associate School Inspector, trained by EDT, DSIB/KHDA in Dubai and by Tribal Education. Her work consistently focuses on elevating school standards, advancing teacher professional development, and bridging best practices from both local and international educational systems.

FOUNDER / BUSINESS DIRECTOR
Adnan Al Khudari is the Business Director and Co-founder of Alef School of Nature, where he brings together his strong business acumen and deep commitment to transformative education.
A graduate of the University of Nottingham with an honors degree in Chemical Engineering, Adnan combines analytical thinking with strategic leadership to support the vision and operations of Alef.
With over 15 years experience in training and business development, he has successfully led and managed projects, start-ups across various sectors, bringing valuable insight into sustainable growth, operational efficiency, and organizational innovation. His passion lies in project-based and experiential learning, which he believes is key to preparing young learners for real-world challenges with creativity, confidence, and purpose.
Through his role at Alef School of Nature, Adnan plays a pivotal part in shaping a forward-thinking educational model that empowers students and promotes meaningful, hands-on learning grounded in curiosity, community, and impact.
